1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mirrorpad website, desktop application, and related services provided by CoderMana Technologies Private Limited ("CoderMana," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Mirrorpad, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Mirrorpad is

Mirrorpad is a desktop application that turns a tablet you already own into a drawing surface over your desktop. The desktop application serves a page that you open in a browser on the tablet, and the two devices communicate directly over your own network.

We do not operate a relay server in that path, and we do not receive, store, or process your drawings, strokes, or screen contents. The quality and reliability of the connection depend on your own network and devices.

3. Your account

A Mirrorpad account is a single individual account. There are no organizations and no seats: if you enter an organization name on your profile, it is descriptive text only and does not grant access to anyone else or bind any company.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Purchases and tablet sharing

The Mirrorpad desktop application is free and does not require a purchase. Tablet sharing is free for your first 60 days, with no payment details required.

After the trial, tablet sharing can be unlocked with a one-time payment of INR 2,499 plus 18% GST. That unlock does not expire and there is nothing further to renew.

Your licence covers use with up to two tablets. The unlock is tied to your account and may not be sold, sublicensed, shared, or transferred to another account.

5. Refunds

Tablet sharing is free for 60 days before you pay anything, and no card is required for the trial. That trial is the evaluation period, so a completed purchase is normally final.

If Mirrorpad does not work on your hardware and support cannot resolve it, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If we refund a purchase, the unlock is removed from the account and tablet sharing returns to the free tier.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Mirrorpad for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Use Mirrorpad to capture, display, or annotate content you are not permitted to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, services, or infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.
• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative services from Mirrorpad except where permitted by law or licence.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent account, trial, or licensing controls.

7. Intellectual property

Mirrorpad, the website, branding, and related materials are owned by CoderMana or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Your content

Anything you draw, mark up, or display through Mirrorpad remains yours. Because the stream runs between your own devices, that content never reaches us, and we claim no rights over it.

9. Third-party components and services

Mirrorpad depends on hardware, operating systems, browsers, styluses, and network equipment we do not control, and it may include open-source components under their own licences. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and their behaviour or availability may affect your use.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirrorpad is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CoderMana disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted use, and error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoderMana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption, or replacement costs arising out of or related to your use of Mirrorpad, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoderMana's aggregate liability arising out of or related to Mirrorpad will not exceed the total amount you paid to CoderMana for Mirrorpad, or INR 10,000 if no fees were paid.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or related services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or if suspension is necessary for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.

You may stop using Mirrorpad at any time. If you want your account removed, see account deletion.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Mirrorpad.
